Virtual Anxiety & Stress Solution BINGO is a LIVE de-stress program on Zoom. This bingo provides inspiration and practical action steps to help you think and act differently with strategies to help face your fears, eliminate toxic relationships, improve your mood, stop worrying, overcome daily obstacles, and be more productive.
Throughout the event we ask participants questions that increase attention and build awareness in the present moment; questions to inspire a heightened sensitivity to and appreciation of the life that surrounds you; questions that challenge assumptions, breakdown biases and promote more understanding; and questions to expand perspectives and strengthen social and emotional intelligence.
This session is very interactive via chat function and encourages students to utilize these tips in conjunction with all available campus and community resources. We encourage participants to participate as much as they feel comfortable and allow participants to message the host privately if they want to share in a more anonymous format. We encourage event organizers to incorporate available resources into this session and invite individuals from those resources to attend and engage with participants in the chat.
